Where we ship
We ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship outside of Canada, so there are no customs fees or import duties on any order.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada. The price you see is the price you pay, with no shipping charge added at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 10 to 16 days from the date your order is placed. This window includes order handling and transit.
Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or deliveries to remote or rural areas.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
Your rights if delivery is delayed
Under Canadian consumer protection law, if we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund. Our standard 10-to-16-day window is well within this period. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, contact us right away and we will make it right.
